As an upscale affordable  alternative to corporate housing or extended stays, we cater to professionals traveling for business. We strive to keep our guest in their comfort zone at all times. To accomplish this, we require a brief phone call from you before we  provide you our Rental Application. We only allow Single Occupancy in our rooms. This insure our guest of a peaceful quiet climate in their home away from home.

As added benefits, you have free access to a high-end washer and dryer, Barbecue out back, extra bike for your convenience, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and so much more.  Everything in this home has been newly remodeled, upgraded and design with the traveling executive in mind.  In essence, you will have all the amenities and comforts of home while you're on the road. And due to the pricing, companies recognize the flexibility and safety provided and lease rooms long-term for their corporate executives to use whenever they're in town. We have spared no expense for your comfort. The professional maid is here 6 days a week.  So if you do not have time to make your bed, no worries you will always come back to the comfort of a clean room.

And, our bathrooms are always sanitized, cleaned, and organized to the highest level. The kitchen  is fully stocked with all dishes, pots, pans and high-end appliances and kitchenware. “I was recently a guest @ this Air B & B for a little over a month. As an architect that does both high end residential design and hotel design, I bring an unique eye to this review. Not only do I design buildings for these genres; 90% of the time I design the complete interiors. This residence is a hybrid of both a residence & a hotel. It has the cleanliness and polish of a high end hotel while adding residential decor that takes away the stark and repetitive qualities you find in a hotel. Making this that something special & extra when you are away from your own home for or a short or especially for a long period of time. As a professional, I enjoyed the peace & serenity after a long day to be able to unwind. I also enjoyed that If I desired to socialize there were like minded professionals in the house to converse with. The host is on premises and does an excellent job of managing every aspect. Any information I needed or desired was supplied. The host coordinates things between all the guests staying there extremely well, to the point that neither I or my schedule was inconvenienced in any way. The kitchen was a dream, with many appliances and tools to make it very easy to cook. With my being away from home for a long period of time, meals out become undesirable and to have the opportunity to cook in a nice kitchen and BBQ outdoors were such great amenities. The finishes in the home are high end and highly maintained as there is a maid six days a week. There are a variety of room sizes with varying amenities in which to choose from depending on your need and desire. All rooms are of generous size. The layout of the home leans itself to privacy in the sleeping & bathing areas while being open in the shared space , making it easy for all to socialize at once. For the traveling executive, this is a well-maintained professional home away from home. ”
